Ondami: Video Dating is operated by Hatch Media LLC (West Palm Beach, Florida, USA). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These are our published standards.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away. In the United States you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
Adults only
- Ondami is only for people 18 and over (or older where local law requires it).
- We block sign-ups with a date of birth under 18.
- A person on our team reviews every new member's verification selfie video before they can see or contact anyone. Accounts that appear to belong to a minor are refused.
- If we learn that a minor has an account, we remove it immediately.
What's prohibited
The following are banned on Ondami, in profiles, intro videos, chats, and video dates:
- Any content that sexualizes a minor, including CSAM in any form (real, drawn, or computer-generated).
- Grooming, or any attempt to contact, solicit, or arrange to meet a minor.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or sharing or requesting sexual content involving anyone under 18.
- Pretending to be a minor, or using Ondami to find or reach minors elsewhere.
How to report
- In the app: on any profile, in a chat, or during a video date, tap Report and choose Seems under 18 (or another reason and describe the concern).
- By email: safety@ondami.com. You don't need an Ondami account to report.
What we do when something is reported
- Reports of a possible minor or child exploitation are treated as our highest priority. The reported account is suspended automatically while our team reviews it.
- Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned, and we keep a one-way record so they can't rejoin.
- Confirmed CSAM is removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and to other regional or national authorities where required.
- We preserve relevant records as the law requires and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
How Ondami is designed to prevent harm
- Every member is checked by a person, not a bot, before they can use Ondami.
- There is no public search or browsing of members, and chat opens only after both people agree following a video date.
- Comfort View blurs nudity during video dates, on the member's own device.
- Live video dates are never recorded or stored by Ondami.
